Clients who are not enrolled in our CDI program and cannot make use of the document completion modules can complete specific customs documents as listed below.
You must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to complete these forms. If you do not, follow this link to the Adobe site and make use of the free download to your system.
Note: The forms will be produced in an Adobe format and can be saved to your computer for future reference.
